Lawyers for the embattled Dr. Conrad Murray will contend in court during his upcoming trial for manslaughter that it was Michael Jackson who killed himself and not the doctor. Part of the defense evidence will strangely center on the late singer's heavy addiction to Coka Cola. Michael Jackson was said to have a very demanding personality and consumed so many of the colas each day that he could not sleep because of the heavy caffeine intoxication caused by his overuse of the product.
Lawyers for the doctor will also claim that Michael Jackson's heavy caffeine addiction problems led the singer to self-inject the drug propofol himself in an effort to sleep.
In court, you can expect lawyers for the doctor to claim that he only injected safe limits of the drug while the singer self-injected himself to death. Jackson family aren't expected to be too pleased. Meanwhile, Dr. Murray is battling efforts to suspend his medical license although he hasn't yet been convicted of any crime.
